Brad Deitzen


Mr. Deitzen teaches 5th grade. He received his bachelor’s degree in Politics from Hillsdale College. Mr. Deitzen was born and raised in Ann Arbor, MI. Before moving to Texas he lived in Washington, D.C. and worked for Californian Congressman Tom McClintock and at the Allan P. Kirby Jr. Center for Constitutional Studies and Citizenship. He also lived in Fort Collins, CO where he worked as a teacher apprentice at Ridgeview Classical Schools. He moved to Lewisville three years ago to teach at FCA. Mr. Deitzen has many interests including playing and listening to music, cheering on his favorite sports teams (the Indianapolis Colts, Michigan Wolverines, and Detroit Tigers), and enjoying almost every aspect of nerd culture (Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Marvel, DC, Doctor Who, and Video Games). Mr. Deitzen and his wife love working at FCA and also enjoy serving in their church, The Village Church – Flower Mound. Mr. and Mrs. Deitzen have two cats, Geoffrey and George Michael.
